(“RobustApps”), with regard to privacy issues concerning use of this site and / or the use of any of the services provided by RobustApps on the site, or through third-party websites, as may change from time to time.  

RobustApps ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides advertising technology services, specifically as an advertising agency, enabling digital publishers to optimize and manage their advertising inventory. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when providing our services and operating our website.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of users and ensuring transparency in our data practices in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other relevant laws.

For Users’ convenience, the last date of any update made, will be mentioned above. It is Users’ responsibility to check this privacy policy from time to time, as RobustApps does not undertake to send an update, with regards to changes in this Privacy Policy. 

If user does not agree to the Privacy Policy, user should refrain from making any use of the Site and / or services and any use of the site and services, is subject to user sole responsibility.

In such cases, we will sign a Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) or CCPA Addendum, with the other involved parties, and will be considered Controller, or Business of Personal Data, respecitvely. 

“Personal Data”, “Controller”, "Business", shall have their respective definitions under the GDPR, CCPA or any other applicable privacy law. 

We rely on the following legal bases:

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites or third party advertisements which we link to, from our site and/ or services. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of each website and advertiser before providing them with Identifying Information. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party websites or advertisers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you through our website or by other means. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
